Breeding and Puppies
We are the first Standard Xoloitzcuintle kennel in Italy, in addition to breeding American Cocker Spaniels with decades of experience in the breed. Gervasoni Kennel has been recognized by ENCI and FCI since 2011. Our puppies are handed over after 70 days with pedigree, microchip, health booklet, vaccine, deworming, and parental genetic breed tests. The parents of our puppies are free from the main hereditary genetic and skeletal diseases, such as hip and elbow dysplasia.
Who we are
Good morning everyone, we are Alda De Mattei and Michela Gervasoni, owners of the Gervasoni kennel, mother and daughter who share the same passion for animals and in particular for the American Cocker and the Xoloitzcuintle (that is, the Mexican hairless dog). The founder of our kennel was the sweet Ziggy who made us fall in love with the American Cocker for her playfulness and sweetness; so in 2006 our adventure began among everyday life experiences and beauty shows all over Europe. More and more in love with this magnificent breed, we decided to get a companion for our little Cocker, the volcano Numb who filled us with pride for the countless victories achieved and together with Ziggy gave us 3 beautiful puppies, our first litter. Over the years, the furry members of our family have increased and in 2011 Michela fulfilled her dream and imported the first Xoloitzcuintle from Mexico, Folsom, who enchanted us from the very first moment.
